Specification Sheets

Congratulations, you’ve decided to go with professional graphics and we can help.

Download our graphic specification sheet to help you design, create, save, and send your artwork work correctly. Please get the corresponding dimension sheet from your Trade Show Emporium customer service representative.

Our graphics are printed on photo film, and then laminated with a 10mil opaque backing and the front with a 10mil matt laminate. The finish on our graphics resembles a fine matte finish photo, like the kind you get when you pick up a roll of film from processing. The matte finish is ideal for a lighted display because the light doesn’t glare off of the display but rather highlights your trade show booth in a way that draws attention to your corner of the room.

Our 10-foot booths in a wheeled carrying case are 95 lbs with shipping case dimensions: 38"H x 27"W x 18"D. If you are traveling by plane with your booth, check with your carrier beforehand regarding weight and size restrictions, most airlines will take your booth as oversized baggage and will charge a small overweight fee. Your wheeled carrying case can be padlocked and shipped by ground carriers and can be at your show location when you arrive. Plan for ground delivery to take one week. Contact your carrier for expedited delivery rates.

Graphics Policy

When you receive your printed graphics from Trade Show Emporium, be sure to read our Policy enclosed in the delivery. It will explain the procedure to follow if you find a problem.

Rest assured that we go to great lengths to package our graphics so that they will arrive at your location in mint condition. We use bubble wrap and as well wrap each individual graphic in a thick plastic sleeve to protect it. We recommend you keep the plastic sleeves and store your graphic panels in these sleeves inside the wheeled carrying case when the booth is not in use.

If you care for your graphics properly, you should be able to get years of use out of them.
